Consulting with a client is a vital aspect of the booking to ensure that the highest level of service is provided.

What you should consider before consultation?

Firstly we need to check that the date of your occasion is available.  Along with which a realistic time should be thought about as to when you would like the henna party, bridal mehndi etc done and then the location of where the Mehndi will be taking place.

If any clients are holding a mehndi party then it is suggested to have an idea of how many people will be requiring mehndi.

What the consultation involves?

• Confirming the date, time and location.
• Going through Gopals Mehndi portfolio.
• Discussing various designs and thickness.
• Brief preview of the outfit for the occasion to ensure that the 'theme design' is carried through the whole look.
• Number of people.
• Cost of package.
• Deposit arrangements - a deposit of 50% will be required to secure the booking.
• Following the consultation date, the client will be asked to confirm the booking within 2 weeks to ensure that the booking can be held for them. 
• A 'patch test' may be required if you have sensitive skin. This must be done at least 2 weeks BEFORE the special day.
